1. The Camp River Hall ( herein after referred to as “the premises” ) is available for weekend bookings only , except for funerals,
  2. The Premises are only available for WEDDINGS , ANNIVERSARYS , and FUNERALS
  3. Full payment and a damage deposit is required for gaining access to the premises.
  4. Maximum number of persons permitted at any one time on the premises is 174 persons.  150 persons maximun  for dances and weddings.
  5. Access to the premises the day before the event scheduled, is for setting up the premises only.
  6. The main floor area of the Hall is 39 feet by 53 feet. Fire door access is 5 feet wide. Tables are 30 inches by 96 inches (8 ft.) chairs are 19.5 inches wide.
  7. Public liability insurance must be purchased for the date of the event and a copy provided for the society before gaining access to the premises.
  8. Adhere to all government rules and regulations and obtaining of all permits such as Liquor License and “Serving It Right” when alcohol is to be consumed, a copy to be provided and license posted on the wall in the bar area.
  9. Cease of all music and loud noise no later than 1:00 a.m. Vacate premises and grounds no later than 2:30 a.m.
  10. No overnight tent camping on the grounds at any time.
  11. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the actions of all persons attending the event
  12. After one initial viewing of the hall , EACH additional viewing will be subject to a $25.00 charge.
